What are your office hours? Are you really available 24/7?
Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Outside those hours, 24/7 emergency callout is available for genuine plumbing and gas emergencies. Weekend and after-hours rates may apply for non-emergency work - ask when you call.
